These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leakandsubsurfacelocators.com and the pool and spa leak detection and inspection services provided by Leak and Subsurface Locators, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Florida licensed contractor (License CPC1457277). By using our website or scheduling service with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide pool and spa leak detection, inspection, and related diagnostic services throughout Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. Service scope, methods, and pricing are discussed and confirmed by phone or in person before work begins.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled by phone Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm EST. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window, but exact arrival times may vary due to prior appointments, weather, or traffic conditions in South Florida.

Payment

Pricing is quoted before the appointment where possible, or confirmed on site prior to beginning work. Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Refunds

We are a service business, and our fees cover the diagnostic work performed during your appointment. Because services have already been rendered at the time of your visit, we do not offer a money-back guarantee on completed leak detection or inspection services.

Leak Detection Warranty (30 Days)

We warranty our leak detection findings for 30 days from the date of your appointment. If your pool is still losing water after our visit, contact us within 30 days and we will return to re-evaluate at no additional charge for the re-evaluation itself.

This warranty is limited in one important way: if our findings indicate a repair is needed to stop the leak, that repair must be completed within the same 30-day window for the warranty to apply. If a recommended repair is not completed, we cannot warranty that no other leaks are present, because an unrepaired leak can mask or be mistaken for additional water loss. Completing the recommended repair within 30 days keeps this warranty in effect.

Repair Warranty (1 Year)

Repairs we perform are warrantied for 1 year from the date the repair is completed. This warranty covers the repair itself, the specific work performed to fix the identified leak, and does not extend to unrelated leaks, damage, or issues that may arise elsewhere in the pool or its systems.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so we can offer that time to another customer.

Written Reports

Where a written report of findings is provided as part of a service visit, that report reflects the results of the diagnostic tests performed on the date of the visit and is not a guarantee against future leaks unrelated to the findings documented.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, Leak and Subsurface Locators, LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
