Will You Give Me a Written Quote Before Starting?

RESIDENTIAL PRICING - PALM BEACH AND BROWARD COUNTIES - CPC1457277
(954) 290-5177 Broward (561) 325-2678 Palm Beach
Quick Answer

We provide an estimate before any work begins. Call during office hours and Sandra will give you a number based on your pool description. The evaluation does not start until you know the cost and agree to proceed. We do not show up and start working without a clear understanding of what you are paying.

How We Handle Pricing Before the Visit

Getting a clear number before anything happens is a standard part of how we work. Call us, describe your pool - size, spa, water features, your concern - and Sandra gives you an estimate. If that number works for you, we schedule the visit. If it does not, that is a straightforward conversation and no one's time is wasted.

We do not have a practice of showing up, starting work, and presenting a bill at the end that is different from what was discussed. What we quote is what you pay for a standard evaluation.

The only time pricing can change from the estimate is if the job reveals a special circumstance that adds scope - for example, if accessing a line requires cutting into pipe, or if a commercial job requires additional personnel and time beyond what was anticipated. In those situations, we stop and discuss it with you before proceeding. Nothing additional happens without your knowledge and agreement.

If you want the estimate in writing before scheduling, ask for it. Sandra can provide that when you call.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if the actual job is different from what was estimated?

If something comes up during the evaluation that changes the scope - such as an access issue that requires additional work - we discuss it with you before proceeding. You are never charged for additional work without knowing about it first.

Does the quote cover the full evaluation including underwater work?

Yes. The estimate covers the full systematic evaluation - underwater inspection, dye testing, pipe testing of plumbing lines, acoustic listening, and the written report. No piece of the evaluation is billed separately unless a special circumstance arises and is discussed with you in advance.
