Yes. We always provide a report with photos.
What the Photos May Include
- Underwater leak points
- Skimmer and light niche conditions
- Fittings, drains, and cracks
- Prior epoxy patches
- Equipment leaks and valve positions
- Plumbing conditions at the equipment pad
- Other observations relevant to the findings
Not every leak photographs perfectly. Some leaks are confirmed by dye movement, pressure testing, water loss behavior, or trace gas testing. In those cases, the photo may show the area tested or the condition observed rather than water visibly moving in the picture.
Why We Document Everything
The purpose of the report is to make the findings clear. We do not want the customer, realtor, property manager, HOA board, or repair contractor trying to remember a quick verbal explanation from the pool deck. Photos and written notes give everyone something to review.
The only rare exception would be something outside our control, like an underwater camera issue where equipment fails during the visit. That is not common, but underwater work is still underwater work.
