Leak and Subsurface Locators is owned by Jeff and Sandra.
We are a local family business, not a faceless franchise. Sandra is the cofounder and the marketing face of the company. She also keeps the business running behind the scenes. Jeff handles much of the field experience, technical process, leak detection training, and inspection method.
That matters because when customers call LSL, they are dealing with people who care about the name on the truck. This is not a side job to us. It is our family business and our reputation.
The Teaching Background
Jeff also teaches pool leak detection through Leak Business Academy and wrote a practical field manual on the subject. That training background affects how LSL works in the field. We follow a process, document what we find, and try to explain things in a way customers can understand.
