Before Leak and Subsurface Locators arrives, the main thing is to make sure we can access everything we need.
Access
- Gate unlocked and pool area accessible
- Equipment pad clear and reachable
- Gate codes, guard gate info, or parking instructions sent ahead of time
- Pets secured before we arrive
Pool and Equipment
- Pool filled to proper operating level (unless we told you otherwise)
- If water dropped and stopped at a certain level, take photos before filling
- Working hose available on site
- Working electrical outlet accessible
- Pump left running (do not shut it off unless there is a safety issue)
Information to Have Ready
- How much water is the pool losing, and how often are you adding water?
- Does it lose more with the pump on or off?
- Does the spa drain down overnight?
- Is there an autofill?
- Has anyone repaired the pool recently?
The more we know before we start, the better.
