When a Second Opinion Makes Sense
- You were given a very expensive repair recommendation
- Someone wants to cut concrete without clearly explaining why
- The explanation does not make sense or was not documented
- The first company did not specialize in leak detection
- A regular pool service company noticed the water loss but did not test further
That said, too many opinions can become confusing if no one is following a process. One person says skimmer. Another says plumbing. Another says shell. Now the customer is stuck and does not know who to believe.
What a Good Second Opinion Looks Like
The right second opinion should bring better testing, better documentation, and a clearer explanation. It should not just be another guess.
If LSL is called for a second opinion, we start fresh. We listen to what has already been done, but we still evaluate the pool ourselves. The pool tells the truth if you test it the right way.
