She is also a big part of what keeps the company running. Customers may think of leak detection as the person in the pool or the person testing the plumbing, but the business does not work without the person managing calls, scheduling, communication, customer experience, and the details behind the scenes.

LSL is a family business. Jeff handles much of the field experience, leak detection system, training, and technical side. Sandra helps keep the company organized, visible, and moving.
