Real estate inspections usually have short deadlines, and we understand that.
When a buyer, seller, or real estate agent calls Leak and Subsurface Locators with a closing deadline, we try to make that inspection a priority. In many cases, we can schedule within one to two days, depending on the schedule, location, and urgency.
We have also responded the same day or the next day when there was an urgent need and the schedule allowed it.
What Helps Us Move Faster
Photos help us move faster. We usually need access to the pool, equipment area, and any information available about water loss, pump operation, autofill use, or recent repairs.
After the Inspection
After the evaluation, we can provide findings that help the buyer, seller, or agent understand what was observed and what may need repair.
We are not acting as the realtor, attorney, insurance advisor, or home inspector. Our role is to evaluate the pool for leak-related concerns and document what we find.
