The guarantee covers our detection findings, not the repair itself. Repairs are performed by your pool contractor or repair specialist. If a repair is done correctly at the confirmed location and the pool still loses water, that typically means there is a second source that was not active or identifiable during the original evaluation - which happens with pools that have multiple failure points. In that case, we schedule a follow-up evaluation.
For the guarantee to apply, the repair must be completed within 30 days of our visit. We cannot stand behind a finding where the repair happens months later, because pool conditions change and what we documented may no longer reflect the current state of the system.
