No, not just because we find more than one leak.
When Leak and Subsurface Locators evaluates a pool, we are not looking for one leak and then stopping. We follow a complete system designed to find the leaks that can be found at the time of the evaluation.
Why Pools Sometimes Have Multiple Leaks
Sometimes a pool has more than one leak. It may have a skimmer leak and a light leak. It may have a plumbing leak and a shell leak. It may have one leak that shows up when the pump is running and another leak that shows up when the system is off.
The standard leak detection fee covers the evaluation process. If we find multiple leak points during that evaluation, we document what we find and explain the next step.
What About Repairs?
Repairs are different. Some repairs are simple. Some are not. Simple epoxy patches are included when appropriate, but broken plumbing, large leaks, structural leaks, shell leaks, or repairs that require cutting, excavation, resurfacing, or waterproofing are handled separately.
