Service Area and Travel Fees
Our standard service area covers five South Florida counties: Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River. For the vast majority of these areas, there is no travel fee - the evaluation price is the same whether you are in Boca Raton or Port St. Lucie.
Indian River County is served with no travel fee for Vero Beach, Sebastian, and the surrounding communities. Areas north of Vero Beach - further up toward Brevard County - may carry a travel fee depending on the specific location. If you are in that northern portion of Indian River County, call and we will confirm the specifics for your address.
Martin and St. Lucie Counties are fully in our standard service area with no travel fee. Stuart, Hobe Sound, Palm City, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, and surrounding communities are all standard pricing.
If you are outside these five counties entirely, call and we will let you know honestly whether we can serve your location and what that would involve.

Do you serve all of Broward County?
Yes. All of Broward County is in our standard service area with no travel fee. From Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach in the north to Hallandale Beach and Miramar in the south, Broward is fully covered.
What about the Florida Keys or areas south of Miami-Dade?
Our primary service area is the five-county South Florida region listed above. Areas outside that region - including Miami-Dade County and the Keys - are outside our standard service area. Call to discuss if you are in one of those areas.
