Yes. If an HOA or condo community has more than one pool, LSL can evaluate them in the same visit or in coordinated appointments, depending on the pool sizes, complexity, and scheduling needs.

Each pool is treated as its own evaluation. We do not lump multiple pools into a single inspection report. Each pool gets its own documentation, its own findings, and its own explanation of what was found and what the next step should be.

How Multi-Pool Communities Are Priced

Multi-pool community pricing is based on the number of pools, their size, complexity, water features, equipment, and scheduling needs. Because commercial and community pools vary widely, we provide a custom estimate rather than a flat rate. Sending photos of each pool and the equipment before we schedule helps us give a more accurate number.

Coordinating the Visit

For communities with multiple pools in different locations, we coordinate access to each area, work around bather use at each pool, and provide complete documentation for the full property when the work is done.
