Yes. Leak and Subsurface Locators can inspect condo association pools for leaks.
From our perspective, a condo association pool is very similar to an HOA or community pool. The testing itself is still about finding where the water is going, but the coordination is different from a private backyard pool.
A condo association may have a property manager, board members, maintenance staff, residents, a pool service company, and sometimes multiple vendors involved. That means access, scheduling, communication, and documentation matter more than on a residential job.
What We Need Before the Visit
- Access to the pool area, equipment room or pad, gates, locks, and controls
- Who is authorized to receive the report
- Who can approve repairs or next steps
- Any known water loss history or prior repair information
What the Board Gets
Community and commercial pools are one of our specialties. We understand that the board may need photos, written findings, license and insurance information, and a clear explanation they can review before making a decision.
A condo pool is not just a bigger backyard pool. It is a shared property with more people affected by the leak. We treat it that way.
