Yes. LSL inspects community pools, and we understand that a community pool is not the same as a backyard pool.
What Is Different at the Community Level
- More people involved -- residents, guests, managers, board members, pool service, and maintenance staff
- Larger pool size and more complex equipment
- Scheduling needs to work around bather use
- Documentation must be clear enough for a board or manager to review and act on
- Access coordination with gates, guards, and maintenance contacts
The core leak detection process is the same. We evaluate the pool as a system, test systematically, document what we find, and explain the next step. But for community pools, we add the coordination and documentation layer that those properties need.
What We Need Before the Visit
Before inspecting a community pool, it helps to know the pool layout, access rules, equipment location, parking instructions, gate codes, and who has authority to receive the report or approve work.
After the evaluation, we provide findings, photos, and a clear explanation that a manager or board can review.
