Yes. A clubhouse pool is a commercial property, and we treat it accordingly.
The core leak detection process is the same as any other pool. We evaluate the pool as a system, test systematically, document what we find, and explain the next step. What is different at a clubhouse is the environment around the work.
Clubhouse pools typically have members, guests, or staff using the facility. Scheduling matters. We try to coordinate with the property manager or facilities contact to schedule during lower-use times and minimize disruption. Most of the time that means morning. Every property is different, though, and we work around the specific schedule of that location.
What We Need Before the Visit
- Pool layout and equipment access
- Gate codes or access instructions
- Parking information
- Who has authority to receive the report or approve work
- Any known water loss history or prior repair information
What We Deliver
After the inspection, we provide written findings and photos that the property manager, facilities team, or board can review. If a repair is needed and within our scope, we provide an estimate. If the repair is outside our scope, we explain what is needed and may refer trusted professionals.
