Yes. Documentation is one of the most important parts of HOA, condo, and commercial pool leak detection.
A property manager or board usually needs more than a verbal opinion. They need something they can review, share, approve, and file.
We try to write the findings in plain language. The board should not need to be a pool expert to understand the issue. We explain what was observed, what was confirmed, what could not be confirmed, and what the next step should be.
What the Report May Include
- Photos of the pool, equipment, skimmers, lights, fittings, drains, cracks, patches, and plumbing
- Confirmed leak findings with explanation of how they were confirmed
- Suspected conditions and what prevented full confirmation
- Areas not accessible during the inspection
- Conditions at the time of the visit
- Recommended next steps
Who the Report Is Designed For
Community and commercial pools are one of our specialties. The manager, board, pool service company, and repair contractor may all need to understand the same information. We write the report with that in mind.
We are not acting as an attorney, insurance advisor, engineer, or code official. Our role is to document our pool leak detection findings clearly and honestly.
