Yes. LSL does not stop at the first leak found.
Pools sometimes have more than one leak at the same time. A pool may have a skimmer leak and a light leak. It may have a plumbing issue and a shell crack. It may have one leak that shows up with the pump on and another that shows up when the pump is off.
The standard leak detection fee covers the evaluation process -- not just the first finding. If multiple leak points are found during the evaluation, each one is documented and explained. The customer receives a full picture, not just the easiest answer.
Repairs are handled separately. A simple epoxy patch may be applied on the spot when appropriate, but broken plumbing, structural leaks, large shell leaks, and repairs requiring excavation or resurfacing are estimated and discussed as separate items.
