Can I Send Photos or a Video First to Get a Rough Price Range?

Yes, and we actually prefer it. Here is what to send.

(954) 290-5177 Broward (561) 325-2678 Palm Beach

Yes. We actually prefer it.

A few clear photos or a short video can save time and help us understand the pool before we schedule.

Good pictures include the full pool, spa if there is one, water features, the equipment pad, valves, pumps, heater, filter, and any area where water loss or wet ground has been noticed.

Why Customer Photos Beat Aerial Images

With today's technology, we can sometimes pull aerial images of the pool, but customer photos are still better. Aerial images do not show the current equipment condition, water level, leaks, repairs, valves, cracks, or access issues.

What You Get Back

We can often give a rough price range by phone after seeing photos. If the pool is standard, the price may be simple. If it has water features, a zero edge, multiple pumps, difficult access, or a commercial setup, we may need more information before giving a fair estimate.

We do not want to surprise people with pricing after we show up. The more we know before the appointment, the better.
